2D image construction from machine learning dataset

Now, i am experimenting on a heart disease dataset. Dataset has 13 features and 303 instance. Dataset sample is,

Age, Sex, Cp, Trestbps, Chol, Fbs, Restecg, Thalach, Exang, Oldpeak, Slope, Ca, Thal , Num

Now, I am trying to make 2D image for every instance and classify them, like this. As, it has 13 features how can I convert to a 2D feature for every row value.

Any kinds of help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
