What is the difference between First Order Transaction Network and Second Order Transaction Network (Graph Theory)?

For example, if the Bank Transactions among several Bank Accounts of a Bank is represented as a Graph, where the Nodes represent individual Bank Accounts and edges among nodes represent transaction between accounts, what type of Transaction Network (First order or Second Order) it will be called according to Graph Theory? And Why?
