I am trying to determine if there is a way to delegate management of the External Collaboration Settings section in Azure AD. I mainly want certain accounts to be able to whitelist domains for sharing.
I can't seem to find a definitive answer on how to do this, but this link implies I need to make them a Tenant Admin. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/external-identities/delegate-invitations. It's listed in step one to log in as a tenant administrator. I'd rather not assign this role if I can avoid it.
Reading through the admin roles (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/add-users/about-admin-roles?view=o365-worldwide) and admin role deep dive didn't reveal anything.
Any advice or clarification would be appreciated.
