Is there a way to install Ubuntu without GRUB so I must go to UEFI in order to boot it?

I've recently got a new PC with Win10 on it that boots really fast. I've had Ubuntu before but at every boot it would add 5 seconds to the boot time (GRUB where you select which OS you want).

When I was live booting from USB I had to switch priority every time in order to boot from USB.

I would like to do the same but instead of booting from USB, I'd like it to be installed on a hard drive?
