Win 2016 Volume Cluster Size 4k to 64k

Got myself on a tricky spot where one of my (Win Server 2016) volumes shouldve been formatted with 64K but it wasnt. Been looking on internet to see a way to change the block size and everything points to a paid software or formatting the disk. I cant do any of those.

Trying to see if anyone here knows a way to change the volume cluster block to a different size natively?

Thanks in advance.
